Enrollment Process

  1. Once you have learned and watched all of our quick videos on the “welcome” page and you are ready to sign your child up:
  2. Schedule an orientation with the instructor, if you do not have one already.
  3. Complete the application e-form online (one per child)
  4. We are open four days a week, decide which 2 out 4 days you would like to sign your child up for and a time slot.
  5. Students do 2 days of zoom or 2 days in-class along with 5 days of homework at home. Which means students will do Kumon 7 days a week.
  6. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday from 3:00-6:00 PM
  7. Once your child has completed the application and enrollment process, you will bring your child into class or zoom on those scheduled days and times.
  8. Regardless of what method you are using to pay, you will get a reminder invoice on the first of every month. This is not a bill, just a reminder. You have 7 days to pay, from the 1st to 7th of every month.
  9. Tuition is per month
  10. If you are using the autopayment method, the initial payment will vary. Typically, it will deduct on the 7th of every month unless you have made arrangements with the instructor for another day.
  11. Remember, if you decide to cancel and you are set up for autopayment, you have to let us know in advance, a week or two before the beginning of the next month. Failure to do so will result in non-refundable tuition for that month.
